Development release: operator details are being finalised before public launch.
A place to make plans
Who’s Out helps adults find social plans and public meeting places. You must be at least 18 to participate and provide accurate account information. Keep your password private and contact support if someone else gains access to your account.
Hosting and joining
A host chooses whether to approve a join request. A request is not a confirmed place until approved. Keep plan details accurate, choose a public meeting point, respect the stated group capacity and tell the group promptly about changes or cancellations.
A meeting-place listing or selection is not a booking, reservation, endorsement or guarantee of access. Check opening hours, access requirements and any costs directly with the venue. Hosts and participants arrange and take part in their own activities.
Respect other people
Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against, impersonate or exploit others. Do not post unlawful material, scams, spam, someone else’s private information without permission, or content you lack the right to share. Respect boundaries and leave a situation that feels unsafe.
You retain your rights in your content. By submitting it, you permit the service to store, process, resize where appropriate and display it to the audiences needed for the feature you use, including authorised moderation review. Only submit photos and other material that you have permission to use.
Business and community listings
Represent your connection to a business honestly. Community suggestions describe places and do not claim ownership. Submissions and edits are reviewed before publication; review is not identity verification or a guarantee about a venue.
Safety and moderation
Email verification confirms access to an email address, not someone’s identity. Use reporting and blocking tools when appropriate. The team may restrict accounts or content for misuse and preserve relevant evidence. Contact support if you believe a decision is incorrect.
Who’s Out is not an emergency service and reports are not monitored continuously. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Availability and account requests
The development service may change or experience interruptions. Live location needs a visible page and is not continuous background tracking. Email delivery and media playback can depend on external providers and your device.
You can request a copy of your information or account deletion through account settings or support. Review the privacy notice for how personal information and shared content are handled. These terms do not exclude rights that applicable law gives you.
