Help us find the problem

Include the email address associated with your account, a brief description, and the relevant plan or place link. Do not send your password, verification links or unnecessary sensitive information.

Manage your account

Use Privacy & email settings to choose email updates, download your information or request account deletion. If you cannot sign in, use “Forgot your password?” from the login window, or contact us.

Report a safety concern

Report a profile, plan, listing or message from its menu so the review includes the relevant evidence. You can check your reports and blocked members in your account’s safety center. For an appeal, include the affected content and explain what you would like reviewed.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Support and reports are not monitored continuously.
